📌ตำแหน่ง: Customer Service (Overseas) JLPT N3++
📌สถานที่ทำงาน: Rayong
📌เงินเดือน: 25,000-35,000 THB (Total Packge)
📌เวลาทำงาน: จ-ศ, 08:00–17:00 [ 2 เสาร์ต่อเดือน ]
คุณสมบัติ:
• Any gender, aged 25–35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or related fields
• At least 1-2 years' experience as a sales support, sales coordinator, customer service
• Have knowledge in logistic (import/export)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English both writing and speaking
• Must be able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3++)
• Have car or motorcycle to commute to the Office (No shuttle bus service)
เนื้องาน:
• Handle inquiries and communication with overseas customers
• Prepare and send quotations to clients
• Enter purchase orders (POs) into the company system for further processing
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Assist with translation and interpretation during meetings with Japanese headquarters ( Japanese)
