Job description
•Provide Japanese–Thai interpretation and translation support across multiple departments, including Purchasing, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Production Control, QC, QA, Improvement, and R&D. etc. or assignment.
•Interpret during internal and external meetings at both factory and office levels, ensuring accurate and real-time communication between Japanese and Thai staff.
•Translate various documents such as manuals, work instructions (WI/WS), reports, and emails from Japanese to Thai.
•Serve as an executive interpreter supporting both customer service and manufacturing divisions.
•Participate in company improvement activities including KAIZEN, QCC, Safety programs, ISO audits, HO-REN-SO, KYT, PDCA, HIYARIHATTO, and 5S.
•Attend meetings and conferences with headquarters, group companies, customers, suppliers, and manufacturers via Zoom and Line applications.
•Interpret for Japanese supervisors and visitors during meetings, training sessions, machine inspections, and production operations.
•Facilitate communication between Thai employees and Japanese staff in manufacturing processes and management assignments.
•Participate in overseas business trips within the Asia–Oceania region when required.
•Perform other interpretation and translation duties as assigned.etc.
