Japanese Coordinator (Moving BU)
Work Location : Asoke
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform on-site coordination and support for moving operations
•Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and related parties
•Read and understand Japanese documents, including Japanese written by Kanji
•Coordinate between internal teams and customers to ensure service accuracy and timeliness
•Handle client inquiries and provide professional customer support
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Thai nationality, female
•Over 3 years' experience with B2C, Import-Export, Customer Service, Moving Business.
•Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above
•Able to read and understand Japanese written by Chinese
•Experience in B2C (Business-to-Consumer) operations is required
•Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
